Streamlined Sales Tax Legislation Introduced in Missouri

Legislation has been introduced in the Missouri House of Representatives that would
conform the state’s laws to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax (SST) Agreement,
effective August 28, 2011.

The bill, H.B. 52, was introduced in the Missouri House of Representatives on December 3, 2010.
